How Cumulative GPA Is Calculated

Your cumulative GPA is the credit-weighted average of all completed semesters.

Cumulative GPA = Σ(GPA × Credits) ÷ Σ(Credits)

Worked Example: If Semester 1 GPA = 3.8 with 15 credits and Semester 2 GPA = 3.5 with 14 credits, then:

(3.8×15 + 3.5×14) ÷ (15+14) = (57 + 49) ÷ 29 = 3.66 GPA
